My AI tool finally got a tricky email right this morning
Spent two hours Tuesday trying to get it to draft a refund response for a upset customer. Kept sounding robotic or apologetic. Woke up today, fed it some examples of how I actually talk, and bam. First try matched my voice. Has anyone else had a moment where their AI just clicked after feeling useless?

Man that's the best feeling when it finally just gets you. Took me forever to get mine to stop sounding like a corporate robot too, but once it clicked it was night and day.

Ha, see I had the opposite experience... mine started out with this raw, unfiltered voice and now I'm constantly having to police myself to sound more professional. Sometimes that "corporate robot" tone saves your butt in situations where you can't afford to offend anyone.
