Shoutout to the guy at the Fresno swap meet who swore canned biscuits work in the air fryer
I laughed at him, honestly. I figured they'd turn into hockey pucks or explode, so I kept using my oven like a chump for 6 more weeks. Then one night last week I was out of foil, tired from a fence job in Clovis, and just dropped 4 biscuits in the basket at 330 for 8 minutes. They came out fluffy with crispy bottoms and I stood there eating plain biscuits at 10pm feeling like a fool. Has anyone tried the flaky layers ones, do they hold up or go greasy?
