My cousin told me to drop One Piece and try a 12 episode show, and I kinda get it now
My cousin was over at my place in Portland last weekend and saw my backlog. He asked why I keep forcing myself through 1000 episode shows when I could finish 5 shorter ones in the same time. I pushed back at first but he had a point about how I never actually finish anything anymore. Now I'm wondering if long running shonen is killing my ability to just enjoy a tight story. Does anyone else feel guilty dropping a huge series even when you're not having fun?

Three years ago I would've called your cousin crazy but now I only watch 12 episode shows.
