Yeah, the "every single day" part got me too, same as Jamiehayes. I figured it would just be annoying noise until I saw how it actually works on a busy site. Having that one clear message in the morning cuts down on the little mistakes that add up.

It's not really a full chat, more like a single text blast. Our manager sends one message to the whole list first thing. It's just a quick line about the main hazard to watch for that day.
