Heads up: Mishandling bondo dust can land you in trouble
Just got a warning from safety officials. They cited us for bondo dust in the regular trash. It's considered hazardous now. We had to set up a special vacuum system. Costs more but avoids fines. Other shops might not know this. Spread the word.

Bondo dust always was hazardous, just stricter now.

Yeah, "stricter now" is right. I got serious about a good respirator and a vacuum sander, and it made a huge difference. Stuff that used to leave me coughing for days doesn't bother me at all anymore.

For real! Upgrading your gear is a total game changer. That stuff makes all the difference.

Ever notice how many things we used to just toss are now labeled hazardous? It's like the rules finally caught up to the actual danger. Troyc17 is right about the gear upgrade, it's not just about fines but your actual health years down the line. We're gonna see this with more materials as they get reclassified.
