Shoutout to the local salvage yard near St. Louis that saved my butt on a 2010 Honda door panel

Last Tuesday I was stuck matching a faded silver paint on a 2010 Civic, and the blend just wasn't working. I called around three parts suppliers and nobody had the trim piece I needed. Then I drove out to this yard off Highway 40, and they had a whole matching door in the same shade with no dents. I pulled it for $80 and had it swapped in under two hours. Made my client happy and saved me a day of mixing. Anybody else got a go-to yard they swear by?

I heard that place also has a good rep for older Toyota parts if you ever need a backup.

My buddy had a similar thing happen with a 2012 Civic last spring. He was chasing a weird clicking noise in the driver door after a fender bender and Honda wanted $450 for a new regulator assembly. He ended up at this place called B&B Auto Parts down in Arnold, Missouri and found a whole door shell for $60 with the regulator still in it. Swapped the guts out in his driveway and the whole thing cost him like two hours and a case of beer for his neighbor who helped. He still talks about it every time we grab lunch.
