My gravel delivery math was way off, lesson learned

Ordered 3 tons of pea gravel for a 12x14 patio project in Phoenix and thought I had it figured out. Turns out I needed closer to 4 and a half tons once I factored in the 2 inch depth under the pavers. Has anyone else misjudged their stone order and had to make a second run?

Ha! Welcome to the club. That's a pricey oops. Did the second run at least go smoother?
