PSA: I stopped giving "per project" prices on print jobs and started quoting per page plus a setup fee, and my take home went up $600 on one job

Check that you're not just moving the same money around. A setup fee plus per page only helps if you tracked your real time and costs on the old per project quotes first, because a lot of people bump a number and call it a raise when it's really the same rate. Run the math on your last few jobs both ways before you credit the new setup for the extra $600.
