inMy neighbor in Denver swore by sending a physical invoice copy after 30 days late, and it actually got a $2,500 payment from a ghosting client.
Totally agree about the paper trail feeling serious. My friend had a client who owed over four grand and ghosted for months. She sent a final notice by certified mail, and the guy called her within two days to apologize and pay. He said the letter made it feel "official" and he finally opened it.

inPro tip: my follow-up email template went from a 5% reply rate to 40% in 3 months
Honestly that sounds like way too much work for every single follow up. What if you just need to reach out to a ton of people fast?

inTIL that pre-ground coffee from a local roaster can actually be okay
The coffee snob police are gonna revoke your membership card for this. Tbh, my grinder broke last month and I was stuck using pre-ground for a week, it was a dark time.

inI finally tried that AI content tool everyone was talking about
I tried the "QuickClean Pro" last month and it broke after three uses. Honestly @juliaa65, you're better off just getting a basic model from a hardware store, even if it takes a little more elbow grease. The fancy features on these new tools always seem to be the first thing to fail. I learned the hard way that a simple, well-made tool beats a complicated, cheaply made one every time. Save your money for the good stuff.

inFound out my book club picks way more books by men than women
I saw that part about making a pie chart and it's so true. My group had the same kind of shock when we actually looked at our list. We didn't make a hard rule, but we started taking turns picking and the person who picks has to find at least three options by women or non-binary authors for everyone to vote on. It sounds like a small thing but it totally changed what books even got on our radar. We were just picking from the same pool of books everyone talks about. Now we find way more interesting stuff.
