Heard a guy at the coffee shop say he 'just pays the last invoice in the stack'

Made me switch to putting the due date in bold red at the top of every bill. Anyone else have a trick to make sure yours gets seen first?

Wow, that's actually genius. I used to just put the due date in the corner and hope for the best. But hearing that about the last invoice in the stack makes total sense. Now I put "Payment Due: [date]" right under the company logo in big font. It seems to work way better.

Hold up, is making the due date bigger really that big of a deal? People either pay their bills or they don't. If someone is going to ignore an invoice, a bigger font won't stop them. It feels like we're overthinking a simple piece of paper. Most folks just look at the amount anyway.
