My friend in Austin swore by this one show and I finally gave in

We were at his place last Friday and he put on the first episode of 'The Bear' saying I had to see the kitchen chaos. After three episodes back to back, I was totally hooked on the stress and the cooking. Has anyone else had a friend push a show on you that actually worked out?

Got forced into watching the first season of Severance by my roommate. I fought it for weeks, said it sounded boring. Ended up watching the whole thing in two days and then being mad there wasn't more. That show breaks your brain in the best way.
