TIL that stopping after one episode changed my evenings
I used to keep watching until I fell asleep on the couch, which sucked. Now I just watch one show a night and read instead, and I feel way more relaxed. Maybe it's just me but it's a nice little change.

Totally get what you mean @elliot887. A good book just makes it way too easy to say "one more chapter." Next thing you know it's not a decent hour anymore.

Yeah that "one more chapter" trap is too real, @angela728. I had to start setting a phone alarm as a hard cut-off.
