Heard a podcast ep where they totally nailed how book club fights over 'Lord of the Flies' show the same drama as team chats. The host pointed out that arguing about Ralph vs Jack is just like picking sides when the CEO makes a tough call. It's wild how fiction highlights the stuff we ignore in real groups.

Yeah, but what if we're just seeing our own work drama in every story, lol? Like @maxs15 said, the Ralph vs Jack fight is like CEO stuff, but I bet book clubs argue more about who gets to be Piggy since no one wants that job in real life. Fiction might not skip real problems, it just makes us look at the parts we try to avoid.
