Hot take: That new brick supplier in Denver isn't worth the drive
I went to Apex Brick Supply last week because everyone on here says they have the best prices. But I spent 45 minutes getting there and their selection of common reds was terrible. They only had a few pallets of the standard 4 inch modulars and the color was way off. Am I the only one who thinks sticking with your local yard beats driving across town for hype?

45 minutes one way just to look at reds is rough man. I get that people want to save a buck but gas and time add up fast. I drove out to a place in Aurora once because they claimed "best prices in the state" and ended up spending an extra 50 bucks in fuel just to find out their 8 inch blocks were all chipped. My local yard might cost a little more but I can run grab what I need in 10 minutes and get back to work. Honestly I think half the hype is just guys who like to feel like they found some secret spot nobody else knows about.

The "all chipped" part hurts, sorry you wasted a whole day on that dumpster fire.

Yeah man, secret spots are mostly just marketing hype.
