I finally kept a monthly habit tracker going for a full 90 days
My February page had maybe five things filled in, but I just closed out April with almost every box checked. I think setting it up right next to my weekly spread made it impossible to ignore. What's one small change that made a habit actually stick for you?

You went from five filled boxes to a full page in two months. The visual proof must be brutal. Putting it right next to your weekly spread is a genius move, the kind of simple trick that actually works. My game changer was tying a new habit to something I already do without fail, like making my coffee.

Oh man, I just read something about that called habit stacking. It totally backs up your coffee trick, saying the best way to build a new routine is to connect it to a solid old one. Makes it way easier to stick with.
