Just realized my habit tracking layout was way too complicated
I spent almost 4 hours on Sunday setting up this color coded habit tracker with little icons and everything... and then I never filled it in once all week. Turns out having 12 different habits to track was just overwhelming. Has anyone else found that simpler spreads actually work better for them?

Oh man I did the exact same thing with a super fancy bullet journal spread once... what helped me was just tracking 3 things max on a sticky note stuck to my mirror. Kinda made me realize all that pretty setup was just a way to avoid actually doing the habits.

4 hours on a color coded habit tracker with icons? C'mon @lisab32 I'm with you, isn't a sticky note doing the same job for a fraction of the effort
