Pro tip: I tried tracking my water intake with a full page spread and it backfired hard
I set up a detailed tracker with 8 glasses to color in each day, thinking the visual would help me drink more. After three days, I felt so stressed about filling it perfectly that I just avoided the page completely. Has anyone else found that making a habit tracker too fancy actually makes you less likely to use it?

Thought fancy trackers helped until I tried one.

Yeah, what @taylor.brooke said about fancy trackers is so true. I did the same thing with a bullet journal and all the colors and boxes just made it feel like homework. Now I just scribble a tally on a sticky note, and that low pressure actually gets me to drink the water.

Totally get that! I used to make these perfect trackers but now a simple check mark on my phone works way better.
