That $50 Bullet Journal I bought on Etsy was Basically a plain notebook
I saw this handcrafted leather bullet journal on Etsy with pre printed layouts and thought it would Save me so much time setting up my spreads. Turns out the layout sections were way too small for my handwriting and the paper bled through like crazy with my favorite pen. Has anyone else been burned by a fancy journal that turned out to be more hype than function?

That line "buying fancy stuff these days" really hits home for me. I swear half the time you're paying for the box it comes in and the fancy ad you saw on Instagram. My last pair of headphones cost way too much and the case felt flimsy right out of the box. It's like they spend all the money on making it look premium in the photos and cut corners everywhere else. Your mileage may vary but I've started looking up teardown videos before I buy anything now.
