My inspector buddy in Dallas said 1 in 5 subprimals he sees is already compromised, y'all seeing this?
He told me last Tuesday that partial defrost and refreeze on the loading dock is way more common than most shops admit and it's killing yield. Anyone else catching this on intake or is his supplier just trash?

partial defrost and refreeze on the loading dock" hits close to home. a lot of that is actually coming from trailers sitting too long at the DC before they ever hit your dock. i'd check the temp logs on the trailer seals, not just what your buddy sees on intake. hard to blame the supplier if the box was already cycling at the warehouse.
