Vent: My boss keeps pushing me to rush vintage camera repairs

He sets crazy short times for fixing old film cameras, but doesn't understand the delicate work! Last week, I had three tough jobs in one day and nearly messed up a precious lens. It's so annoying when speed matters more than doing it right. I've talked to him about it, but he just says we have to keep customers happy.

Try rushing a delicate job and you'll learn new swear words, speaking from experience.

Find that rushing isn't the only way to pick up new curses. Even careful work can make you invent some.

Broken parts happen no matter what speed you work. Pictures just prove stuff broke, not that going slow fixes it. Sometimes you gotta move fast to hit a deadline. Bosses already know rushing has risks. Show me the money saved on the actual bottom line, not just some photos.
