Just hit 5000 yards of stretch-in on my own and my knees felt it
I do mostly residential stretch-in around Fort Worth and I finally passed 5000 yards installed solo since January. The number snuck up on me because I track it in a little notebook, not an app. What surprised me was how much faster I got at tucking and stair work after about 3000 yards, like my body just figured out the rhythm. Do you all count your yardage or am I the only weirdo with a notebook?
Get where you're coming from but tracking by yardage never made sense to me. A yard in a straight hallway takes ten seconds while a yard around ten door frames and two staircases eats half your day, so the number tells you almost nothing about what your knees actually went through. Hours on your feet or rooms finished would tell you way more about whether you're getting faster.
