Found my old late payment routine and cringed at what I used to do
I dug up a folder of past due notices from 2021 and saw I was sending the same polite email 3 times before doing anything real. The kicker was a dentist client who paid 4 months late and I just kept resending that same note. Anyone else look back and wonder why we made it so easy for them to ignore us?
