Can we talk about roasting whole garlic heads in the oven versus on the flat top?
Did 12 heads on the flattop last Tuesday at the diner and they came out sweeter and softer in 25 minutes than an hour in the oven ever got me, so now I want to know if anyone else has ditched the oven for this.
