Am I the only one who thinks a 24 hour ghost window is way too short to write a client off?
I was at a coffee shop in Denver last week and overheard two freelancers arguing about this, one saying a full day of silence means they are gone and the other saying wait a full week. Where do you all draw the line before you send the final follow-up and move on?

Feels like people are overthinking this way too much. A day is nothing, folks get busy or miss an email all the time. Just follow up once, wait a week or so, and stop stressing about some magic deadline.
