Man, I feel this so hard. My sister runs a cleaning business and had this one lady who paid the least but called her like five times a week about every little thing, then wanted a discount on top of it. I get why people hang onto the steady cash, but there's a real cost to dealing with the cheap loud ones, like your time and your sanity. Dave's 80/20 thing sounds spot on to me.
