Client wanted a full refund after I spent 40 hours on their project
I had a client in Portland last month who approved the wireframes, signed off on the copy, and then after I delivered the final site they said it 'wasn't what they envisioned'. They demanded their $3,200 back and threatened a chargeback. Anyone else dealt with a client who changes their mind after giving the thumbs up?
