PSA: Client asked me to "just make it pop" for the 15th time
Had a call with a bakery owner in Portland yesterday. She kept saying make the website "feel warm." I asked what that meant exactly. Blank stare for 10 seconds. She just wanted more photos of cupcakes with buttercream. Why cant they ever just say what they actually want the first time? Anyone else get tired of vague feedback like this?
