Fired my worst client 4 months back and my invoice sheet actually balances now
I had this one client, a property flipper out in Aurora, who paid late every single time and always had 3 new changes mid job. I cut him loose back in March and picked up two smaller steady clients instead. My average days to get paid went from 41 down to 12, which I only noticed when my bookkeeper pointed it out. Has anyone else had a client that was costing more in stress than they were worth?
