Saw a stat the other day that 68% of clients leave because they feel you don't care about them, not because of price or quality
I stumbled across that number in a customer retention report from a small business blog. It really hit me because I've been losing a steady 3 or 4 clients each year and always figured it was my rates or the quality of my work. But thinking back, a few of them mentioned I didn't return calls fast enough or seemed distant during estimates. Has anyone else here looked into why they lose clients and found something similar?

Double down on follow ups and small check ins (like a quick text to say hi).
