Deposit policy flip after a ghosted invoice in Cleveland
I always sent work first and billed later, but a $2,400 invoice sat unpaid for 3 months after the client vanished. Started requiring 50% down on every new job and haven't had a single no-show since, has anyone else made the same switch and seen pushback?
