I just realized I've had over 100 'I'll know it when I see it' clients in my career

It hit me when I was updating my records last week, and that number made me miss the days when a client could actually describe what they wanted. How do you guys handle that kind of vague feedback without going in circles for weeks?

I mean, didn't you see that article about how it actually affects a ton of people? I read something last week that broke down the long term effects and it was pretty eye opening. Maybe it's just me but the numbers they showed were way bigger than I expected. It kind of changed how I see the whole thing now.
