Comparing flat rate vs. hourly led me to drop a client in Phoenix
I had two graphic design clients last quarter, one insisted on flat rate and the other paid hourly with weekly check-ins. The flat rate guy kept adding tweaks after every draft, dragging a 2 week logo job to 6 weeks, while the hourly client approved everything fast and paid on time. Has anyone else noticed that clients who demand fixed pricing upfront tend to treat it like an all-you-can-eat buffet of revisions?

Honestly I've seen the opposite more often, hourly guys drag their feet on purpose.
