Found the red flag in a client's first email after 6 years in business
Guy reached out about a small retaining wall job and his first message said "I know landscapers usually overcharge so give me your real price." Had to walk away from that one before even picking up the phone, anyone else see that attitude as a guaranteed headache?

Pass on that one immediately. People who start with accusations about pricing usually cause the most headaches. Not worth the trouble for a small wall job.
