Serious question, my compost bin went sour in two days and I need to know what went wrong
I dumped a whole bucket of coffee grounds and watermelon rinds into my tumbler in Fresno last Tuesday and came back to a bin that smelled like a dead raccoon, so I mixed in dry leaves and turned it every morning until it balanced out. Has anyone else had a batch go bad that fast, and did adding browns really fix it for you or did you have to start over?
