TIL hanging laundry on a line in my garage cut my dryer use to almost zero
I used to run the dryer for every load, probably 5 or 6 times a week, and never thought twice about it. Back in March I put up two retractable lines in my garage for about $25 and figured I would try it for a month. Now the dryer only runs for towels and socks, which is maybe once every two weeks. My last power bill dropped by $18 compared to the same month last year, and the clothes actually smell better. Anyone else drying indoors, and do you do anything special for jeans so they don't get stiff?
