Tool offsets every shift felt like a waste. Wrecked a good part and now I'm the first one checking them.

Once a week checks are usually enough for offsets.

Saw my buddy skip a weekly check and his whole system went down for three days... cost him a fortune to fix.

Feel for you, that's a massive waste of time and money. Wrecking a part is what finally makes it real for most of us. Good on you for being the one to step up and check them now.
