Tool offsets every shift felt like a waste. Wrecked a good part and now I'm the first one checking them.

Once a week checks are usually enough for offsets.

Feel for you, that's a massive waste of time and money. Wrecking a part is what finally makes it real for most of us. Good on you for being the one to step up and check them now.

Mess up one time and you become a believer. I once ignored a warning light on my car until the engine gave out. Now I'm the annoying person who checks everything twice.
