Hot take: I swore pour over was overrated until a $4 cup in Portland flipped me
I was at this tiny spot on Alberta St last weekend and the barista let me try a sip before I ordered, and it tasted nothing like the bitter stuff I made at home with my drip machine. Now I'm looking at gooseneck kettles and wondering if I've been drinking coffee wrong for 10 years, anyone got a cheap starter setup that actually works?

Honestly a cheap plastic V60 and a $15 kettle will do you just fine.
