The comic shop pull list that disappeared after they switched software

I was at my shop in Denver last Tuesday to grab issue 47 of a run I've been collecting since issue 12, and the clerk said my pull list had zero entries under my name, so I had to watch the only copy on the wall go to some guy who just walked in, and has anyone else had their standing orders vanish during a system update?

Did they at least offer to rebuild it from your old receipts, or just shrug and point at the new system?
