Had an old saturation diver tell me I was breathing wrong at a meetup in Houston
I was at a union hall in Houston last year and this guy with 30 years in sat work pulls me aside. He said I was breathing too shallow during my dry runs and it was making me gassed before I even hit the bottom. Has anyone else had an old timer call out a habit like that and it actually changed how you dive?

Three slow counts in, hold for seven, six counts out. Honestly felt like I was about to pass out on my yoga mat (but hey, @aliceharris says it worked wonders for her, so maybe it's just me being dramatic).
