PSA: My shop's average repair ticket was $75 last year, now it's $120.

The jump happened after we started using a new diagnostic tool that catches more issues upfront. Anyone else seen a price shift after changing their process?

Damn, that's a solid jump. My diagnostic tool is just me squinting at the problem and guessing. Maybe I should upgrade from the "looks fine from my house" method.
