Finally nailed a perfect broom finish on a 20x30 patio in this crazy humidity last week.
I swapped my usual water spray for a 50/50 mix of water and denatured alcohol in a pump sprayer to slow the set, and the control was unreal, so what's your go-to trick for high humidity pours?

You ever have a pour go to crap because it set up too fast? That extra five minutes of work can save a whole redo.

Honestly that seems like a lot of extra work. Most guys I know just push through it and maybe mist a little water. Is the alcohol trick really worth the cost and hassle for a patio? Feels like solving a problem that isn't really there unless you're doing museum floors or something.

That humidity trick sounds wild... honestly reminds me of a guy who swore by spraying Sprite on his finish. Some methods just click for certain crews, even if they seem extra.
