The 2 AM addendum that saved my rental deposit in Boise

I had a landlord add a 'quiet hours' clause in my lease that said no guests after 10 PM, but he typed it as 'no gas after 10 PM.' I caught it at 2 AM while rereading the paper copy because I couldn't sleep. I texted him a photo of the typo, and he laughed, then we both agreed the real clause was fine. Has anyone else had a typo that turn into a totally different rule than what was meant?

little things we catch by accident" totally saved my setup once, @lee.cora, same thing happened when i spotted a weird cord and it turned out to be the main power line.
