Serious question, saw a whole house go from bare studs to drywall in 11 days and I want to know how
I drive past a remodel on 5th street every morning on my way to a job in Council Bluffs. Two weeks ago it was just open framing with a dumpster out front, and this morning the drywall is up and they're taping. I know that crew, it's four guys, and last summer they took almost six weeks on a house about the same size. Nothing about the house looks different, same square footage, same layout roughly. So what changed, did they switch to panels or a different hanging crew or what? Looking for real answers from anyone who has sped up their own drywall phase.

went from bare studs to drywall in 11 days" makes me wonder if the framing was actually done weeks earlier and they just staged the deliveries.
