inPouring a big floor last Thursday and realized my vibrator was doing more harm than good
Seems like the old foreman might have been right" is always a gamble. But nobody's talking about the timing of the vibrator. I've seen guys hit it the second the chute opens and then again right before finishing. That's two different problems happening at different stages. Early vibration helps fill, late vibration just pushes water up.

inVent: The "lowball first offer" strategy on Fiverr got me nothing but tire kickers
Have you seen that study someone posted here a while back about how discount clients cost 3x more in support time? It's wild but makes total sense with what @joseph_bailey is saying about that $20 brand identity guy. I swear the cheap crowd thinks spending five bucks entitles them to a full creative department on speed dial. They'll haggle over your rate then expect you to answer emails at midnight like you're their personal assistant.

inWarning: Client who demanded 50% discount then refused to pay last $500
Yeah but honestly how much of that final payment were you really expecting to see?

inGot talked into trying a new hoof knife from a guy at a trade show
Different knives need different sharpening angles and @cora813 might have been working against that without knowing. I've had good results with that line after switching to a ceramic rod instead of a steel one, though the factory edge was definitely rough. Some people just get lucky with their batch but these knives do work well for everyday cooking if you take the time to figure them out.

inCut a notch in my workbench to hold clamps upside down and it's a game changer
Ha! Yeah but once you start hanging clamps you never go back.
