Burned $180 on a copyright lawyer who just Googled my case
I paid a guy in Seattle $180 for a 30 minute call about a client who kept using my logo after the contract ended, and all he did was read me the same fair use page I'd already found. Anyone know a real IP lawyer who actually handles small freelance claims, or is small claims court the smarter move here?
