Question about writing prompts from a creepy old mill I visited

I stopped by this abandoned textile mill in Lowell last weekend, and the whole place felt like a ready-made setting for a horror story. The peeling paint and buzzing fluorescent lights made me wonder if anyone has tried crafting a prompt based on real abandoned spaces. How do you turn a location like that into a solid prompt without making it too obvious?

Noticed the same thing at an old laundromat near me, those grimy tile floors just scream hidden stories.
