The day my password manager saved me from a phishing link

I clicked a link in an email that looked exactly like my bank's login page. My password manager refused to autofill and that's when I realized the URL was off by one letter. Has anyone else had their password manager catch something sketchy like that?

Doesn't it seem like @morganl71 might just be clicking on way too many random emails?

My password manager catches fake sites about once a month now.

About 5 times last year my password manager (Bitwarden) stopped me cold on a login page that looked perfect. Those phishing sites are getting scary good at mimicking the real thing. The biggest tell I've noticed is they usually try to rush you through the process without letting you look around first. @morganl71 you're smart to rely on the auto-fill feature because if it doesn't pop up, that's your warning right there. I'd rather deal with the annoyance of a false alarm than end up handing over my credentials to some random server in another country. Keep trusting that manager of yours because the real sites don't mind waiting a few extra seconds for you to log in.
