Got chewed out in a Ho Chi Minh City cafe for working 12 hour days, so I tried a 6 hour cap
I was at a spot in District 1 three weeks ago and this Aussie guy next to me glanced at my screen and asked how long I had been going. When I said 12 hours most days he just laughed and called it a rookie trap that makes you slow and lonely. I cut myself to 6 focused hours with a hard stop at 3pm and my output actually went up because I stopped scrolling between tasks. Two weeks in, I have had dinner with actual humans 9 times instead of eating noodles over my laptop. Curious if anyone else here has tried a fixed hour cap and what number worked for you.
