Actually that's a pretty cheap price for emergency plumbing (especially in Chicago).

Oh man, that reminds me of my friend in Milwaukee. He hit a pipe hanging a picture and it was just a tiny pinprick leak behind the wall. Took weeks for the mold smell to show up and cost thousands to fix the drywall.
