What did your old setup look like before this? Like were you just letting the stock hang off the table and hoping for the best, or did you have a roller stand that kept slipping? Curious because the kickback usually happens when the wood pinches the blade, so I'm wondering if your new support fixes that or just stops the saw from tipping. Did you build it to sit flush with the saw bed or a little lower?
